As I was in my car one day last week a DJ mentioned that David Lee Roth was almost finished with his courses or in getting his EMS license. I had to really listen to see if I heard him correctly. He then went on to describe a scenario. “Can you imagine getting into an accident and as you are lying there you are looking up at the EMS crew and are trying to focus in on the person hovering over you? You think you are imagining things, is that David Lee Roth? And he’s looking down at you going ‘Hey there! How ya doin’ man! You’re gonna be okay, now, where does it hurt?‘ You’ll be thinking that you’re dead and imagining this but in reality it’s DLR – EMS specialist. . .” Well, that was the gist of the DJ’s scenario. Then he want on to say that if you were experiencing heart failure you probably wouldn’t need a defibrillator and that Dave could zap you back to life with his own energy. I literally laughed out loud when I pictured this in my mind. Can you imaging this as a reality show? I would watch this or set my VCR for this show.
